General Park Questions

You’ll find us right off US-177 in Carney, Oklahoma, about 25 minutes south of Stillwater and 35 minutes north of Shawnee. We’re tucked near Route 66 and east of I-35 on US-177 — easy to find, hard to leave!

We’re a small, quiet park with a handful of spacious full-hookup RV sites — not crowded or noisy like the big ones.

We always recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends or during OSU football season. But if you’re on the road and need a spot for the night, give us a ring — we’ll do our best to make room for you.

Everyone’s welcome here — short-term travelers, long-term workers, retirees, Route 66 explorers, and families looking for peace and quiet.

We keep things simple, safe, and friendly — no crowds, no fuss, no hidden fees. Just a good, quiet stay run by folks who care.

Hookups, Sites & Amenities

Yes, every site includes 30/50-amp electric, water, and sewer.

Smaller RVs can pull through but for bigger RVs our sites are back-in only. We’re always happy to help guide you in if you need a hand.

Sure is — free park-wide Wi-Fi for all guests.

We don’t have laundry or bathhouses on-site, but there are laundromats nearby in Perkins, Stillwater, Shawnee and Guthrie.

Some sites have partial shade, others are open. Either way, you’ll get plenty of sunshine and that big Oklahoma sky.

Not at every site, but you’re welcome to bring your own chairs or table. Most guests set up under their awning and enjoy the breeze.

Pets & Families

You bet! We’re a pet-friendly RV park. Just keep them leashed and cleaned up after.

Yes! It’s quiet, open, and safe. Kids can stretch their legs and enjoy a little Oklahoma adventure. We do have highway frontage so we suggest you let them roam away from the road.

No dog park, but there’s plenty of open grassy space for walks and morning stretches especially down the hill.

Rates, Stays & Payments

  • Nightly: $45
  • Weekly: $250
  • Monthly: Starting at $400 + electric.
    All include full hookups, Wi-Fi, and pet access.

Nope — what you see is what you pay. No add-ons or surprise charges. Monthly lot fee is fixed and you only pay for the electricity you use. All electric is individually metered.

Yes, many of our guests stay for months at a time — including oilfield crews, retirees, and folks looking for an affordable, clean place to settle in.

We offer 10% discount for VETERANS and returning guests who are staying overnight or for the week. Does not apply to monthly terms. One discount per booking.

We accept cash, card, or major digital payments. Payment for your entire stay is charged upon booking.

We know life can throw a curveball, so we’ve built a fair and flexible plan to help:

  •  14+ Days Before Arrival
    Cancel 14 or more days before your arrival for a refund minus $35, or choose a camp credit minus just $10 to use within 12 months.
  • 13–6 Days Before Arrival
    Cancel 13 to 6 days prior and receive a refund minus one night’s site rate, or opt for a camp credit minus $10.
  • 5–3 Days Before Arrival
    Cancellations made 5 to 3 days prior are non-refundable, but we may offer a camp credit depending on circumstances and availability.
  •  Less Than 2 Days / No-Show
    Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable. The full reservation amount will be charged.

Extended-Stay FAQs

Full hookups and Wi-Fi. Trash service provided. No hidden fees.

Typically no deposit; call for details based on stay length. There is a $100 electricity pre-payment fee due when you book. 

We’ll help you arrange delivery or suggest nearby services.

Sites are back-in and if you need help, let us know prior to arrival.

Absolutely — OSU home games, Route 66 rallies, and holidays fill up fast, so plan ahead.

Not at this time, but long-term guests are welcome to keep their RV here as part of their stay.

Yes, sir! We’re open all year — whether it’s springtime travel or winter snowbird season.

Local Area & Attractions

You’re close to plenty of great Oklahoma stops:

  • Route 66 attractions like the Arcadia Round Barn and POPS Soda Ranch
  • Stillwater and Oklahoma State University
  • Historic Guthrie and its old-town charm
  • Arcadia Lake and local fishing spots

Just a few minutes! It’s an easy drive over to Route 66 through Wellston or Arcadia.

Yes — Perkins, Guthrie, Shawnee, Stillwater and Chandler all have grocery options within a short drive.

Kroger’s also delivers groceries to Carney. 

There’s a convenience store right in Carney, and larger stations near Wellston and Perkins.

Policies & Safety

Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM, but we’re flexible if we can be.

Yep — there is a security light at the corner of the park and neighbors look out for each other.

No problem — your site is assigned to you at booking so it will be ready when you arrive.

Responsible use is fine — just keep it friendly and neighborly.
